Opening of the Microcosmic Orbit - part one
To feel Qi and nature you need to open up yourself. When you open up yourself, the energy comes towards you. This is the theory behind Ziran Qigong - to open the front of your body like a deep valley and open your back like the shape of a mountain allowing the Qi, through the Governing vessel to rise and then find the Conception vessel and like a waterfall allowing the Qi to float down. Focused practice of these methods will enable the opening of the three Wings of the Phoenix and will greatly enhance the flow of Qi around the Microcosmic Orbit.

Ziran Wu Xing Qigong - Five Element Qigong: Transform your Qi into Spirit - part one
Taoists believe that there are five basic energies or elements which make up the universe. These are Metal, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth. These five elements are also found within the human body and relate to specific organs. Ziran Wu Xing Qigong balances and purifies these five Organs, builds up a great Qi flow to strengthen the 'Yuan Qi', which further prevents the buildup of negative Qi and disease. Its regular practice cleanses the emotions (grief, fear, anger, anxiety and worry) which affect your organs and detoxifies and keeps your five elements in great balance to provide you will greatly enhanced heath and vitality.

Whirling is a moving meditation technique developed by beloved poet and mystic Master, Jalaluddin Rumi . Originated in the 13th century in Turkey, it has been practiced as an ancient sacred ritual by the Sufi Dervishes.

During the workshop, we will learn the basics of the Sufi Music;
whirling technique and do first-hand practice.
We will also be introduced to the benefits of practice on the physical, emotional
and Spiritual level. The workshop will focus on The Way of Sufi , Being in
Romance with Life, Sound Medicine, Breathing Methods, Control
and Freedom of the Body, Maintenance of Balance, the intensity of Spinning,
Awareness of Movement and the produced Energy, all through
the Technique of Whirling.
Hendri Take is a yoga practitioner, entrepreneur and influencer. He is Certified
and registered at the Yoga Alliance 200-hour Yoga Flow Teacher Training and
Winner of Influence Asia Awards for the category of Health and Fitness back
in 2015 in Singapore.
The themes of Hendri’s classes are: Stillness in the Movement and Connect to the Stillness Within. Hendri will teach Vinyasa yoga (Strength, balance, and core stabilization). These classes are designed to build fundamental foundational strength and engagement through Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation as guides for concentration, clarity, and relaxation.
